All of the rain we had last month created good breeding grounds for mosquitoes and they are really active right now. Our mosquito misting program has started, and we have already killed over 2,452 mosquitoes (give or take several hundred thousand).

Sod Webworm

We are noticing quite a bit of Sod Webworm activity right now. As an adult, Sod Webworm is a little white moth that fly close to the grass as you go across the lawn. The adults do not damage the lawn. The damage is caused by the larvae. The adults indicate that you need to be on the watch for the damage caused by the larvae.
