We only use granular fertilizer that is phosphorous free.  Our broadleaf weed control is liquid, but is only applied as needed.  For your convenience, we give an automated telephone call a day or two prior to each service. 

We offer a variety of programs in order to fit in to every budget:

The Lawn Lovers Program consists of 6 applications of fertilizer, season long broad leaf weed control, crabgrass control, yellow nutsedge control, 2 core aerations, Merit grub preventor, Lime, and free service calls.  This program discounts all the individual services by 15%, and the disocunt is applicable to any additional services that are not part of the program.

The Cadillac Lawn Program consists of 6 applications of fertilizer, season long broad leaf weed control, crabgrass control, yellow nutsedge control, core aeration, Merit grub preventor, and free service calls.  This program discounts all the individual services by 10%, and the disocunt is applicable to any additional services that are not part of the program.

The Premium Lawn Program consists of 6 applications of fertilizer, season long broad leaf weed control, crabgrass control, Merit grub preventor, and free service calls.  This program discounts all the individual services by 5%, and the disocunt is applicable to any additional services that are not part of the program.

The Deluxe Lawn Program consists of 6 applications of fertilizer, season long broad leaf weed control, crabgrass control, core aeration, and free service calls.  This program discounts all the individual services by 5%, and the disocunt is applicable to any additional services that are not part of the program.

The Basic 5 Step Lawn Program consists of 5 applications of fertilizer, 2 applications of broad leaf weed control, and crabgrass control.  Since these applications are done almost every other month during the growing season there is a charge for service calls. 

A bill will be left on your door after each service.  There is a 5% discount for any lawn program that is prepaid in full before the start of service.  We also offer installment billing and automatic credit card billing for customers that want to spread their payments out.

Our equipment allows us to spread a granular fertilizer and apply a liquid weed control at the same time. 

This efficiency allows us keep our prices low and weeds to a minimum.
