I work in customer service myself, and I have said for years that if you treat customers the way you would like to be treated, it will pay off in the long run for your company. We will return to you as soon as we can…our lawn had the least amount of dandelions this year that we have ever had in the 9 years we have been here. You have earned out trust 

It appears that you have the “right stuff”. Two traps were tripped by 7 PM yesterday; one in the north side yard lawn area and one by the corner of the garage! As of this morning, I find no further mole activity. However, I know that this is an in-progress task so we’ll see what transpires over the next several weeks. My grass looks great really great. It’s so nice that someone from the other end or our street stopped to look at it and at the same time took a very close look at the Mole Busters sign so maybe you will have a new customer next year. Now that is good news.

Hi Jeff,

I did have a question for you. I saw that your guys were out last week and placed a lot of traps, which I'm very happy about. I was impressed with how quickly your company was able to take care of our request. Anyways, I have about 5 traps that appear to be tripped. Do your guys come back every week or every other week? If it's every other week should I be concerned that a tripped trap could mean that the moles will be dead for a long period of time before it's cleaned out? Again, I appreciate what you guys have done so far and look forward to working with you throughout the summer months.
