Hi Jeff, thanks for the turf tips and your services, our yard is looking much better already! There are a lot of dead and dying weeds but new ones are sprouting and look very happy, must be a hardy lot.

Great Service

I'm very HAPPY with the service. I have only just joined the program. I called on Tuesday 4/30 and my lawn was treated on Friday 5/3. And those nasty weeds are going bye-bye. Thanks.

Great looking lawn

We have had Jim, Jeff and their crew taking care of our lawn for 5 years or so and couldn't be more pleased with how good the lawn looks every year. Keep up the good work.

Terrible service!!!
I made the first call and it took 4-5 days for a return call. A service was finally scheduled for Monday, April 8th. No time was given. I had called on the 8th late morning to ask when someone was to make the call at my property. The company indicated to me that I was the 11th out of 13 calls for the day and that they would be out late afternoon. I had asked them to call me since I would be attending a funeral service after 5:00 PM. They had said that there is no need for me to be present. As I came back from the funeral service no one had come from the company. I called immediately on Tuesday, April 9th and was promised again that someone was scheduled to come out. I assumed I would be the first few calls in the morning and asked if they could call me to let me know when someone was coming to my property. No call again!!!! I cancelled my order with Mole Busters and will find someone else. As a business owner myself customer service is important. These yahoo's don't know the first thing about this. I will not recommend Mole Busters to anyone on my street and that matter the neighborhood.

Response: In no situation does it take our company 4-5 days to return a phone call. All of our calls are returned day of or the following day. Unfortunately we cannot give out schedule dates for several unforseen reasons including: sickness, weather, machine malfunctions, etc... In this customers case, weather. We had told Mr. Niemenski that he did not need to be present for the service and that we would give him a call one hour in advance, letting him know we were to be at his property soon. We also leave notes after each visit to let the customer know what we did and if we have any suggestions. While he did call several times throughout the week, we tried our best to give him a time. As many people may have noticed, it rained all day, every day this week (4/8/2013 - 4/12/2013). The rain delayed our services several days and this was unacceptable for Mr Niemenski.

Not a vole Control specialist

Has no solution to get rid of voles. Just puts a powder down. And hope the voles leave. Now have to find someone else who will help me with my problem

Response: I apologize that you are not happy with our vole repellent. We applied the repellent on the 27th and you responded on the morning of the 29th. It will take longer than one business day to see results. Prior to arrival at your property we had initially been informed it was a mole problem. After further investigation it was in fact a vole problem. At this point we cancelled your $270.00 mole control program and instead put you on an $80.00 vole control program. Saving the customer $190.00. Any unhonest/unethical company would have have treated for moles that didn\'t exist and took you for your $270.00. I would also like for you and any other customers to understand that we do not use a powdered repellent. The repellent we use is a granular pellet.

I am certain we are going to continue with your services. I would like to expand just the crabgrass treatment to the whole yard this year. Thanks for making the yard look great!
