Had a problem before during and after. The cost was for nothing. Called and was told for another $400. They would come set traps again. NO thanks.
Response: We have been in business for about 20 years now. Because of this we know that it is impossible to guarantee that all your moles will be taken care of. We caught 7 moles at this customers property, Some people have a larger infestation than others.
I ha Tuff Turf come treat my lawn for Voles. They RACED through my yard and NEVER treated my beds. I contacted the company with my experience and they will not make it right. They offered me a DISCOUNT...they never gave me the services I paid for and want me to pay again!?!? NO THANKS
Response: Customer was signed up for treatment in the beds and the lawn, this is what we did. Customer did not believe us and wanted us to come back out for free and retreat. We offered him a discount on further applications, but he did not accept.

My lawn did fantastic over the summer and is exceptional right now. A great improvement from the last couple of years and previous service provider. Your employees were very professional and thorough from my observations. You have definitely earned my continued request for your services.
We have appreciated your yard service very much, however, we are in process of selling the property, therefore will not be needing your service next year.

Just wanted to take a minute to let you know how happy I am with you & your team. Whenever I have concerns or questions I know I will always get a quick response. Yesterday I spoke with John on some questions I had on over seeding my lawn and vole control. I felt he gave me excellent information that allowed me to make the choices I felt were best for my conditions.
NO MORE MOLES
We tried for years to get rid of the moles. No matter what we did we couldn't get rid of them. When you called last year I said, no! I said, yes this year! I'm so glad that I did! You caught at least 10 moles. Brock explained everything! I do want the same mole application next year! THANKS!!!

Your tech guy was here this afternoon, set 16 traps!!! I am amazed at all the mole tunnels in the back yard. I just never looked. I saw the ones on the side by the front of the house, didn't realize all the damage that has been done in the back.
He was very nice and polite and answered my questions, had patience with me. It was so very hot, I felt badly for him, having to be out working in such conditions. He took it in his stride.
My daughter mows the lawn and she did tell me we had moles. She hasn't mowed in two weeks so it was a real mess for your tech guy this afternoon. I'm sorry about that.
